Business Development Manager – Alternate Accommodation

About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Alternate Accommodation to join their team in Bengaluru. This role sits within the alternate accommodation vertical and focuses on expanding the company's portfolio of non-traditional lodging options such as homestays, villas, and serviced apartments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new accommodation partners, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth within the segment. Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the hospitality or travel industry will be essential to succeed in this position.
Key responsibilities are expected to include:
- Sourcing and acquiring new alternate accommodation properties and partners
- Managing and growing relationships with existing supply partners
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve listing quality and partner performance
- Tracking market trends and competitor activity within the alternate accommodation space
