Business Development Executive

The employer is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team in Trivandrum, Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities to support the organisation's growth objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Presenting products and services to prospective clients and negotiating deals
• Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and business development goals
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Prior experience in business development or a related sales role will be an advantage.
