The employer is looking for a driven Business Development Associate to expand its client base and revenue across the US, Canada, and APAC markets. This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka and requires a candidate who understands the pace and demands of a creative agency setting.
Creative agency experience is mandatory for this position. Candidates without a background in creative agencies will not be considered, as the role demands familiarity with agency workflows, client servicing norms, and the competitive landscape of creative services.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in international markets (US, Canada, and APAC)
- Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Developing pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to target markets
