A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (LOS – SME) to join its team in Maharashtra, India. The role sits within the SME lending business and focuses on driving process and technology improvements across the loan origination lifecycle.
The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing existing loan origination workflows, and working closely with technology and operations teams to deliver effective system solutions. A strong understanding of SME credit products and loan origination platforms is essential for success in this position.
- Analyse and map end-to-end loan origination processes for the SME segment
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
- Collaborate with IT, product, and operations stakeholders to implement LOS enhancements
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements
- Support user acceptance testing and change management activities
