About the role
This role sits within Aditya Birla Capital's SME lending business and focuses on the Loan Origination System (LOS) that powers end-to-end credit workflows. The selected candidate will act as the primary subject-matter expert bridging business requirements and technology delivery.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and validating functional requirements related to LOS processes, working closely with product, technology, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Domain expertise: Deep understanding of LOS platforms and SME lending workflows
- Requirement management: Eliciting and documenting business and functional specifications
