A prominent financial services organisation is looking for a skilled Business Analyst (LOS – SME) to join its team in Maharashtra, India. The role sits within the technology and business operations function, focusing on the Loan Origination System for the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) lending vertical.
The selected candidate will be expected to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and documenting requirements, analysing workflows, and ensuring that system enhancements align with lending process objectives. A strong understanding of SME credit processes and loan origination workflows is central to this position.
- Analyse and document business requirements related to LOS for the SME segment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and operations
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimise the loan origination lifecycle
