The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements related to LOS workflows and SME credit processes. This involves close collaboration with product, technology, and operations teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and drive system enhancements.
- Analyse and document end-to-end LOS processes for the SME lending vertical
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technology teams to define requirements
- Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of LOS platforms
