A prominent financial services organisation is looking for a skilled Business Analyst – LOS SME to join its team in Maharashtra, India. The role sits within the SME lending business and focuses on the Loan Origination System (LOS), requiring the candidate to bridge business requirements with technology solutions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for analysing existing LOS workflows, gathering and documenting business requirements, and working closely with technology and operations teams to drive system enhancements and process improvements specific to the SME segment.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Deep understanding of Loan Origination System (LOS) processes and SME lending workflows
- Eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including technology, credit, and operations teams
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring smooth system rollouts
- Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency
