A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (LOS-SME) to join its team in Maharashtra, India. The role sits within the technology and business operations function, focusing on the Loan Origination System (LOS) for the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and documenting requirements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of LOS-related projects and enhancements within the SME lending vertical.
- Analyse and document business requirements related to the LOS platform for SME lending
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, credit, and operations
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline loan origination workflows
