A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst – LOS SME to join its team in Maharashtra, India. The role sits within the SME lending business and focuses on the Loan Origination System (LOS) that drives end-to-end credit processing for small and medium enterprises.
The selected candidate will be expected to work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements related to LOS workflows, ensuring that system capabilities align with evolving SME lending processes and regulatory expectations.
- Analyse and document business requirements for LOS enhancements and new feature rollouts
- Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) for the Loan Origination System within the SME lending vertical
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, credit, and operations
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support smooth deployment of system changes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimise the loan origination lifecycle
