A prominent financial services organisation is looking for a skilled Business Analyst (LOS – SME) to join its team in Maharashtra, India. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on the Loan Origination System (LOS) for the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) segment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements related to LOS processes, working closely with product, technology, and operations teams to drive system enhancements and process improvements within the SME lending vertical.
- Analyse and document business and functional requirements for LOS workflows in the SME domain
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including technology, credit, and operations teams
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
- Identify process gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and compliance
