A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (LOS – SME) to join its team in Maharashtra, India. The role sits within the SME lending division and focuses on the Loan Origination System that underpins the company's small and medium enterprise credit business.
The selected candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working closely with technology and operations teams to enhance and optimise the LOS platform. A strong understanding of SME lending workflows, credit processes, and system implementation is essential for success in this position.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, test, and deploy LOS enhancements
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to streamline loan origination workflows
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth go-live transitions
- Prepare detailed process maps, business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications
