Business Analyst – LOS SME
Aditya Birla Capital is looking for a Business Analyst specialising in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) for its SME lending vertical, based in Maharashtra, India.
About the role
This role sits within Aditya Birla Capital's SME lending division and focuses on the Loan Origination System (LOS) that powers the end-to-end credit lifecycle for small and medium enterprises. The selected candidate will act as a subject-matter expert, bridging business requirements with technology solutions to improve origination workflows and overall system performance.
The Business Analyst will be expected to gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders across credit, operations, and technology teams. Responsibilities include preparing detailed functional specifications, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring that solution design aligns with regulatory and operational standards applicable to SME lending.
Key focus areas include:
- End-to-end understanding of loan origination processes for SME products
- Requirement elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation
- Coordination with IT teams for system configuration, testing, and deployment
- Stakeholder management across business and technology functions
- Continuous improvement of LOS workflows to enhance turnaround time and customer experience
