A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Business Analyst (LOS – SME) to join its team in Maharashtra, India. The role sits within the technology and business operations function, focusing on the Loan Origination System for the Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) lending vertical.
The selected candidate will be expected to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams, gathering and documenting requirements, analysing existing workflows, and driving system enhancements related to the LOS platform.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to define, document, and refine LOS requirements for the SME segment
- Analyse current loan origination processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis, support UAT cycles, and ensure successful delivery of system changes
- Act as a subject-matter expert on SME lending workflows and LOS functionality
