About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening our brand presence across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, digital marketing, and product development to ensure consistent brand messaging that resonates with our target audience. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about storytelling, consumer behaviour, and building brands that make a lasting impact in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and long-term vision.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, social media, and outdoor advertising platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to produce high-quality brand collateral including brochures, videos, social media assets, and presentations.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics such as brand recall, share of voice, and campaign ROI using relevant analytics tools.
  • Coordinate and manage brand activations, product launches, and promotional events to enhance visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels by maintaining and enforcing brand guidelines across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with regional and national media partners to manage media planning and buying activities within the allocated budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a related role within a reputed organisation or agency.
  • Strong understanding of Indian consumer markets, regional diversity, and culturally relevant communication strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A creative mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
