We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and strengthening our brand identity across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to ensure consistent brand messaging that resonates with our target audience across India. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and long-term vision.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and recall.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to produce high-quality brand collateral, including brochures, videos, presentations, and digital assets.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics such as brand equity, share of voice, and consumer sentiment, providing actionable insights and reports to senior management.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Manage and coordinate brand activations, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and strengthen consumer relationships at a regional and national level.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all internal and external communications, maintaining brand integrity at every consumer touchpoint.
- Liaise with the digital marketing team to oversee social media presence, content calendars, and influencer partnerships that amplify the brand's reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a similar role within a reputed organisation or agency.
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer behaviour, regional market dynamics, and cultural nuances that influence brand perception.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for design aesthetics and visual storytelling.
