We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and elevating our brand presence across multiple channels in the Indian market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure consistent brand messaging and a compelling brand identity. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and target audience in the Indian market.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and recall.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the brand's positioning.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to produce high-quality brand assets including visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and consumer surveys to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all internal and external communications.
- Coordinate with the sales and trade marketing teams to support retail activations, product launches, and on-ground promotional events.
- Build and nurture relationships with media partners, influencers, and PR agencies to maximise brand reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a similar role within a reputed organisation.
- Strong understanding of the Indian consumer landscape, regional market dynamics, and digital marketing ecosystems.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
