We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and strengthening our brand identity across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, digital marketing, and product development to ensure consistent brand messaging that resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and long-term vision.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to produce high-quality brand assets and marketing collateral.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, preparing regular reports and actionable insights for senior management.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and new growth opportunities.
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent application of visual identity and tone of voice across all communications.
- Coordinate with regional and national sales teams to support trade marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional events.
- Engage with key stakeholders, vendors, and media partners to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of brand activities within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a similar role within a reputed organisation.
- Strong understanding of the Indian consumer market, regional sensibilities, and multichannel marketing landscape.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics software such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful brand strategies and creative solutions.
