We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening our brand identity across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, digital marketing, and product development to ensure consistent brand messaging that resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and long-term vision.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to produce high-quality brand collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, and social media assets.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance metrics such as brand awareness, engagement rates, and campaign ROI using relevant analytics tools.
  • Coordinate and manage brand activations, events, and promotional activities to drive consumer engagement and strengthen brand presence on the ground.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications, maintaining adherence to brand guidelines at all times.
  • Liaise with regional and national media partners and influencers to amplify brand reach and build meaningful partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a related role within a reputed organization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar marketing and design platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
