We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and elevating our brand presence across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product to ensure consistent brand messaging and a compelling brand identity. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and target audience in the Indian market.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to produce high-quality brand assets, including visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and market research reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Coordinate and manage brand activations, events, and sponsorships to strengthen brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all platforms.
  • Support the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with the marketing manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized Indian university.
  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a similar role within a reputed organization or agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi or a regional language considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and project management platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
