We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our brand identity across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to develop and execute impactful brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and long-term customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints, including social media, print, packaging, and in-store communications.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and internal teams to produce high-quality brand content including visuals, copy, and multimedia assets.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics such as brand recall, share of voice, and engagement rates, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, and activations to drive brand visibility and consumer engagement in key markets across India.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure integrated campaigns are effectively executed across SEO, social media, email, and paid advertising platforms.
- Build and manage relationships with media partners, influencers, and PR agencies to amplify brand reach and reputation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably within a consumer goods, FMCG, or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer behavior and regional market dynamics with the ability to tailor brand strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and content management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
