We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing brand strategies that strengthen our market presence and drive meaningful consumer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, digital marketing, and product development to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives and target audience insights.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to produce high-quality brand collateral, including print, digital, and social media assets.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and promotional agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign delivery.
  • Support the planning and execution of brand activation events, product launches, trade shows, and sponsorship activities across key markets in India.
  • Ensure all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and compliance across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a similar role within a reputed organisation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality or attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content strategy in the Indian market context.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Google Analytics, and basic design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and translate them into effective brand strategies.
