We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening our brand identity across multiple channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, digital marketing, and product development to ensure consistent brand messaging that resonates with our target audience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives to enhance brand visibility and market positioning across India.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to produce high-quality brand collateral including brochures, advertisements, packaging, and digital assets.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics such as brand awareness, recall, and sentiment, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Coordinate and manage brand activations, events, and sponsorships to drive consumer engagement and strengthen brand equity at a grassroots level.
- Ensure all internal and external communications adhere to established brand guidelines and tone of voice across every customer touchpoint.
- Liaise with regional sales teams to support localised marketing initiatives while maintaining a unified national brand identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a similar role within a reputed organisation or agency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems including social media, SEO, content marketing, and performance analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language, with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimisation.
