About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team. Based in India, this role is pivotal in shaping and strengthening our brand identity across multiple channels and touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller with a sharp eye for market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, digital marketing, and product development to ensure consistent brand messaging and drive meaningful engagement with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and long-term vision.
  • Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and recall.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and internal teams to produce high-quality brand collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, and social content.
  • Monitor and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all communication materials.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, social media dashboards, and CRM platforms, providing actionable reports to management.
  • Coordinate and support events, product launches, and promotional activities to amplify brand presence and generate consumer interest.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and positive public perception.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognised Indian university or institution.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a similar role within a reputed organisation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Hindi or a regional language considered an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating data into meaningful brand decisions.
