We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong brand presence across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and creative to develop and execute brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and target market in India.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and internal teams to produce high-quality brand assets, including content, visuals, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Manage and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints and communication channels.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key brand performance metrics such as brand recall, share of voice, and campaign ROI to senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to strengthen the brand's online presence through SEO, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Support the planning and execution of brand activation events, product launches, and trade marketing initiatives across key markets in India.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a related role, preferably within an FMCG, retail, or consumer brand environment.
  • Strong understanding of Indian consumer behavior, regional market dynamics, and cultural nuances that influence brand perception and buying decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or a regional language is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable brand strategies.
