We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to join our growing marketing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for building and strengthening our brand identity across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, digital marketing, and product development to execute brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute brand campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor media platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and opportunities for brand differentiation and growth.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and content teams to produce high-quality brand collateral including brochures, social media assets, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics using analytics tools, preparing detailed reports and presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage and maintain brand guidelines across all internal and external communications, ensuring adherence by all departments and third-party vendors.
- Support the planning and execution of events, product launches, and sponsorships that align with brand positioning and engage target audiences effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders to amplify brand reach and credibility across relevant platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a related role within a reputed organisation or agency.
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer markets, regional sensitivities, and multi-lingual communication strategies across diverse demographics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives and present ideas confidently to stakeholders.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Creative thinking combined with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating consumer insights into effective brand strategies and measurable outcomes.
