Branch Manager – Gold Loan
A Branch Manager is sought to lead gold loan operations at the Vikasnagar, Dehradun branch, overseeing day-to-day business activities, team management, and customer service delivery.
About the role
This role is responsible for managing the complete operations of a gold loan branch, ensuring smooth functioning of all lending processes, compliance adherence, and achievement of business targets. The Branch Manager will serve as the primary point of accountability for branch performance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include leading and motivating the branch team, driving gold loan disbursements, managing portfolio quality, and ensuring all operational activities align with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee daily branch operations related to gold loan products
- Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Manage and mentor branch staff to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor loan portfolio quality and take corrective action where necessary
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in gold loan or secured lending operations, demonstrated leadership capability, and strong knowledge of branch-level banking or NBFC processes. Experience working in the Vikasnagar or broader Dehradun market would be an advantage.
