SJ Group is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed Building Information Models that support project teams across design and construction phases.
The role requires hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools and a strong understanding of modelling standards and coordination processes. The BIM Modeller will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure models are current, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy
- Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and project-specific execution plans
- Produce model-derived drawings, reports, and documentation as required
