BIM Modeller

SJ Group is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed Building Information Models that support project teams across design and construction phases.

The role requires hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools and a strong understanding of modelling standards and coordination processes. The BIM Modeller will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models are maintained to the required level of detail and are aligned with project objectives.

• Develop and manage BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and maintain model integrity
• Adhere to established BIM protocols, standards, and employer information requirements
• Produce drawings, schedules, and other project deliverables from the model
