SJ Group is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing detailed Building Information Models that support the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BIM software and a strong understanding of construction workflows and documentation standards. The role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and coordinated model deliverables.
- Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design clashes and ensure model accuracy
- Produce construction documentation and drawings from BIM models
