BIM Modeller

SJ Group is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed Building Information Models that support project teams across design and construction phases.

The role requires hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools and a solid understanding of modelling standards and coordination processes. The BIM Modeller will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models are maintained to the required level of detail and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project requirements and established standards
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure model integrity
• Produce drawings, reports, and other project deliverables directly from the model
• Support the implementation of BIM workflows and best practices within the team
