BIM Modeller

SJ Group is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed Building Information Models that support project teams across design and construction phases.

The role requires proficiency in BIM software and a strong understanding of modelling standards and coordination processes. The BIM Modeller will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models are current, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure model integrity
• Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and project-specific requirements
• Support documentation and drawing production derived from BIM data
