SJ Group is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed Building Information Models that support project teams across design and construction phases.
The role requires hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools and a solid understanding of modelling standards and coordination processes. The BIM Modeller will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models are current, clash-free, and aligned with project requirements.
- Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project BIM execution plans
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and maintain model integrity
- Produce drawings, schedules, and other deliverables extracted from the model
- Adhere to established BIM standards, protocols, and quality control procedures
