SJ Group is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed Building Information Models that support project teams across design and construction phases.
The role requires hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools and a solid understanding of modelling standards and coordination processes. The BIM Modeller will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models meet project requirements and quality benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy
- Adhere to established BIM protocols, standards, and employer information requirements
- Produce drawings, reports, and other project deliverables from BIM data
