BIM Modeller

SJ Group is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed Building Information Models that support project teams across design and construction phases.

The role requires hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools and a strong understanding of modelling standards and coordination processes. The BIM Modeller will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure models are accurate, up to date, and aligned with project requirements.

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and maintain model integrity
• Adhere to BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols
• Produce drawings, schedules, and reports extracted from the model as required
