SJ Group is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and coordinating Building Information Models across projects.
The role requires hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools and a strong understanding of modelling standards and workflows. The BIM Modeller will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure models are accurate, up to date, and aligned with project requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models in accordance with project specifications
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and maintain model integrity
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and employer information requirements
- Support project teams with model-based outputs including drawings, schedules, and reports
