The employer is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating Building Information Models in alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
The role demands hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools and a solid understanding of architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines as applicable to the project scope. The BIM Modeller will collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for ongoing projects
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure model integrity
- Adhere to BIM execution plans, standards, and protocols set for each project
- Produce drawings, reports, and documentation derived from BIM models as required
