BIM Modeller

SJ Group is looking for a skilled BIM Modeller to join its team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed Building Information Models that support project teams across design and construction phases.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with BIM authoring tools and a solid understanding of modelling standards and coordination processes. The role requires close collaboration with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure models are current, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.

• Develop and maintain BIM models in accordance with project specifications
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure model integrity
• Follow established BIM standards, protocols, and documentation practices
• Support project delivery by providing model-based information as required
