An experienced Bid Manager is sought to lead and coordinate the end-to-end tendering process, preparing competitive proposals and managing cross-functional teams to secure new business opportunities.

About the role

The employer is looking for a skilled Bid Manager to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity qualification through to submission of compelling, commercially sound proposals.

The Bid Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders — including sales, engineering, finance, and legal teams — to gather inputs, define win strategies, and ensure all tender documentation meets client requirements and internal standards.

  • Manage end-to-end bid preparation and submission processes
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop technically and commercially competitive proposals
  • Analyse tender documents and define bid strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain bid schedules, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of all submissions
  • Review and consolidate inputs from subject matter experts into cohesive proposal documents
