About the role
The employer is seeking a Bid Manager to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification through to submission of winning proposals.
The Bid Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders — including sales, engineering, finance, and legal teams — to compile technically sound and commercially competitive bids. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential to ensure all inputs are gathered, reviewed, and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and coordinating the preparation of tender documents and proposals
- Ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal approval processes
- Managing timelines and driving cross-functional teams to meet submission deadlines
- Reviewing and consolidating technical and commercial inputs from subject matter experts
