The employer is looking for a skilled Bid Manager to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete bidding lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification through to proposal submission and handover.
The Bid Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams — including sales, engineering, finance, and legal — to develop compelling, commercially sound proposals that align with client requirements and organisational objectives.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of bids and tender responses
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs
- Ensure proposals are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality
- Manage risk assessment and commercial review processes throughout the bid cycle
