Bid Manager
Siemens Energy is looking for an experienced Bid Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to lead and coordinate the end-to-end tendering and proposal process for energy sector projects.

This role is an opportunity to join a globally recognised energy company in a key commercial position. The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of bids and proposals, ensuring submissions are competitive, compliant, and delivered on time.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams — including sales, engineering, finance, and legal — to compile technically and commercially sound proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of bids and tender documents from initiation to submission
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather technical, financial, and legal inputs
- Ensure all proposals meet client specifications, deadlines, and quality standards
- Analyse tender requirements and identify risks, opportunities, and win strategies
- Maintain accurate records of bid activities and outcomes
