- Lead the end-to-end bid management process from opportunity identification through to submission
- Coordinate inputs from internal departments including engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
- Ensure bids comply with company standards, client specifications, and contractual requirements
- Maintain bid schedules, track deadlines, and manage documentation
