Siemens Energy is looking for an experienced Bid Manager based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to lead and coordinate the end-to-end bidding process for energy sector projects.
About the role
The employer is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join its team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity assessment through to proposal submission.
The Bid Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams — including sales, engineering, finance, and legal — to develop competitive, technically sound, and commercially viable proposals for clients in the energy sector.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and leading bid preparation activities across internal stakeholders
- Ensuring proposals are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements
- Reviewing and managing risk, commercial terms, and compliance requirements within bids
- Maintaining accurate bid documentation and supporting continuous improvement of bid processes
