Bench Sale Recruiter

The employer is seeking a motivated Bench Sale Recruiter to join their team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is an opportunity for professionals with experience in US IT staffing and bench sales to contribute to a growing recruitment operation.

The primary responsibility of this role is to market available bench consultants — including H1B, OPT, CPT, and GC holders — to prospective clients and vendors in order to secure suitable project placements.

• Identify and reach out to vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients to place bench consultants
• Maintain and grow a strong network of contacts within the US IT staffing ecosystem
• Coordinate with consultants to understand their skills, availability, and preferences
• Negotiate rates and close placements in a timely manner
