In this role, the Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of coffee and beverage orders to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality at all times. Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming workspace is equally important to the role.
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per café standards
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station and surrounding areas
- Work efficiently during busy periods while upholding quality
