In this role, the Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of hot and cold beverages to a consistent standard, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station, and engaging warmly with customers throughout their visit.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation at all times
- Provide friendly, attentive service to every customer
- Support the wider café team as needed during busy periods
