Associate Researcher

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and execution of research projects in alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize existing research to inform new studies and identify knowledge gaps.
• Collect, clean, and manage quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate research methodologies and tools.
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret research findings using software such as SPSS, R, Python, or similar platforms.
• Prepare detailed research reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders and external audiences.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and academic institutions to support collaborative research efforts.
• Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards, institutional review processes, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, methodologies, and developments within the relevant research domain to continuously improve study quality.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Life Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, Data Science, or a related discipline; candidates with a strong Bachelor's degree and relevant experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a research, analytical, or academic setting, either in industry or an academic institution.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including but not limited to Excel, SPSS, R, Stata, or Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Solid understanding of research methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative approaches, and ethical research practices.
• A proactive, self-driven attitude with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for research and knowledge generation.
