About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.

As an Associate Recruiter, you will develop a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate pipeline management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is passionate about people, driven by results, and eager to grow within a fast-paced talent acquisition environment.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative setting, communicates with clarity and professionalism, and understands the nuances of the Indian hiring landscape. If you are enthusiastic about connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, as well as employee referral programs and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability against defined job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data, interview feedback, and hiring status at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles for open positions.
  • Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them across relevant platforms to attract diverse and qualified applicants.
  • Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing channel effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support employer branding activities including campus hiring drives, job fairs, and social media engagement to enhance the company's visibility in the talent market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field from a recognized Indian university.
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, including internship experience in a corporate or staffing environment.
  • Familiarity with Indian job portals including Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Shine.com; hands-on experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with digital tools and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A collaborative mindset, high level of integrity, and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation including performance-linked incentives and annual salary reviews aligned with industry benchmarks.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and immediate family members, including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Structured learning and development programs, mentorship opportunities, and a clear career progression path within the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Flexible work arrangements including hybrid work options to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Generous paid time off including casual leave, sick leave, and paid public holidays as per statutory requirements in India.
