About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business functions. You will work closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
As an Associate Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for entry-level to mid-level positions, primarily supporting hiring across technology, operations, and corporate functions. You will leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus networks to build strong pipelines of qualified candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is eager to develop deep expertise in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of ownership, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine passion for connecting people with the right opportunities. You will be expected to maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives that strengthen our overall recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer facilitation.
- Source active and passive candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Shine, and internal employee referral programs.
- Conduct structured telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and set realistic hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, requisition statuses, and pipeline reports within the ATS (such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo).
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every candidate.
- Track key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and source effectiveness to identify areas for improvement.
- Support employer branding initiatives including campus drives, job fairs, and social media engagement to strengthen our talent brand in the Indian market.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR, preferably within a corporate or staffing environment in India.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Indian job portals such as Naukri.com, Monster India, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or a regional language is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- A collaborative, candidate-first mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional hiring experience at every touchpoint.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives and annual appraisal cycles aligned to market benchmarks.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and immediate family members, including medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Flexible hybrid work model offering a healthy balance between in-office collaboration and remote productivity.
- Structured learning and development programs including access to recruiting certifications, workshops, and mentorship from senior talent acquisition professionals.
- Generous paid time off policy including earned leaves, casual leaves, and nationally recognized public holidays across India.
